BYK-S 760

BYK S 760 is a highly effective additive that reduces styrene emissions in unsaturated polyester and vinylester resins without negatively impacting interlaminar adhesion. Containing over 85% renewable raw materials, BYK S 760 provides emissions reduction through a combination of modified waxes. It can be added to resins at any time during processing at recommended levels of 0.3-1.0% to achieve optimal results. BYK S 760 maintains workability and flow properties during cure while lowering styrene emissions and odor. This makes BYK S 760 well-suited for applications involving the bonding and finishing of building materials where low styrene emissions are required to meet health and safety standards.
