ESTEROL A ®
Oleris® Esterol A is a bio-based mixture of methyl esters of linear fatty acids (≥75% C18), saturated and unsaturated. It is processed from castor oil and has 100% vegetable oil origin. It has a negative carbon footprint and is readily biodegradable (83% in 28 days OECD 301F). Free of heavy metals and PAHs. Used as a concrete mold-release agent, fluxing agent, asphalt/bitumen rejuvenator, bio-based plasticizer in coatings and adhesives and as a renewable alternative to mineral oils for various solutions.
