GRINDED YELLOW MUSTARD SEED

GRINDED YELLOW MUSTARD SEED is a natural food ingredient milled from yellow mustard seed (Sinapis alba). This product contains all the high valued components of mustard seed. It has a light yellow colour and characteristic hot mustard flavour, free from off flavours. The mild odour without off aromas makes it suitable for food applications. GRINDED YELLOW MUSTARD SEED has a sieve analysis of 10% bigger than 315 microns and 95% smaller than 315 microns with 15% between 200-315 microns. It has a protein content of 26% minimum and oil content of 26% minimum. The carbohydrate content is 20% minimum and ash content is 5% maximum. It has a standard plate count of 10,000/gram and negative for salmonella and yeast. Its shelf life is one year in correct storage conditions and it is packaged in PE plastic bags of 25 kg.
