SPHERIGLASS 2530 CP-01

Spheriglass 2530 CP-01 is a soda lime glass microsphere product that provides enhanced performance properties for various applications. The microspheres are spherical and non-porous in shape with a mean size range of 56-70um, allowing for uniform dispersion. Over 90% of the microspheres are between 2.8-100um in size, making Spheriglass 2530 CP-01 suitable for formulations requiring controlled particle size distribution. The microspheres are made of soda lime glass composition that has a refractive index of 1.51, providing opacity without interfering with underlying substrates. When used in coating and filling applications, Spheriglass 2530 CP-01 can improve hiding power, reduce raw material costs and enhance mechanical properties like impact and crack resistance of finished products.
