BAYHYDROL A 2470 is an aqueous hydroxyfunctional polyacrylic dispersion that provides excellent performance in high-quality coatings. It can be combined with aliphatic polyisocyanates to create durable, flexible coatings with outstanding solvent and water resistance along with weatherability ideal for protective and decorative applications. BAYHYDROL A 2470 has good pigment wetting properties and high shear stability, important characteristics for uniform, long-lasting coatings. It yields high-gloss top coats which can be dried at room temperature or force-dried, producing hard, flexible finish with resistance to damage from the elements.
