RIKEMAL P-150S is a mono- and diglycerides made from edible, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm). It is meeting the specification for identification and purity on food additives given by FAO/WHO, EU, US FDA and Japan MHLW. RIKEMAL P-150S is suitable for general purpose food applications like bread, margarine, cake, coffee whitener, potato flake, peanut butter, pasta, soft candy etc. It provides benefits like emulsification, texture and stability in food formulations without altering the taste or flavor.
