PEARLSTICK 45-90/06

PEARLSTICK 45-90/06 is an elastic, linear, aromatic polyurethane supplied in the form of white spherical granules, with a small amount of anti-adherent included in the formulation. It features a low crystallization rate and low thermoplasticity. This product is primarily used in the production of adhesives for various materials, including leather, textiles, rubber, and plastics such as plasticized PVC and PU elastomers. PEARLSTICK 45-90/06 enables the production of adhesives with a very long open-time, suitable for use as one- or two-component adhesives. When combined with a polyfunctional isocyanate, it enhances heat resistance and joint strength. Additionally, incorporating PEARLSTICK 45-90/06 into other types of Pearlstick™ adhesives further increases their open times.
